Founded in 2011, Empact is a leading social enterprise with a mission to build the capacity of social organisations (referred to as non-profit organisations and social enterprises) in Singapore and the region. An Overview

We are looking for an Analyst, Programme Management, to support the external coordination and delivery of large-scale volunteering programmes, as well as support the internal management of our office. For this individual, this new entry-level role will be a great learning and development opportunity to experience how programmes are conducted in the social sector and gain exposure to a breadth of stakeholders - nonprofit organisations supporting various causes and government agencies, as well as to gain experience in office administration and management.

Your job role will cover:

• Programme Coordination: You'll support the Programme Manager and team along the project lifecycle to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Events Management: Support the end-to-end delivery of online (Zoom) and physical events - event setup, sending invites, tracking sign-ups, venue logistics, liaising with vendors, on-the-go problem solving etc.
• Data Analysis: Support the team with collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data e.g., post-event feedback scores.
• Stakeholder Management: Support the team by coordinating with a variety of stakeholders such as clients, partners and internal cross-functional team members.
• Communications: Support the team with mass email communications and/ or online community management.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Events Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications or related fields.

Position Purpose

The Transportation team is responsible for
