1) Anti Scam Compliance Analyst

• Assist the Anti Scam Team in reviewing escalated scam cases and updating the necessary information into our fraud surveillance systems for reporting and analysis.

• Assist the Anti Scam Team in identifying hotspots and trends whilst maintaining the data.

• Supporting the main ops team in reviewing fraud alerts and engaging potential victims in view of preventing them from being scammed.

• Following up on reported/intercepted cases and liaising with LEA and other Banks on recoveries.

2) Anti - Scam Operations Officer (Shift work including weekends)

• Assist Anti-Scam Command Ops team to comply with Production Orders from the Singapore Police Force

• Documentation and registration of Production Orders onto internal bank system

• Support Anti-Scam Command Ops team in general and administrative workload

• Able to work shift hours and both weekends

3) PES (Pre-Employment Screening) Team Compliance Analyst

• Assist PES Team in processing the in-house Pre-employment screening system as well as managing Production Orders received from LEA including but not limited to coordination with stakeholders to obtain requested information

• Perform name screening to check candidates/vendors for adverse news

• Provide support for intelligence-related tasks, including Tagging negative status updates in FCIS and CMCP systems, Daily BAU tagging of suspicious transaction reports (STRs).

Mission Description:

• Capable of handling full range of fund accounting services on funds, including preparation of the Net Asset Value (NAV), cash and position reconciliation, review of corporate actions, validation of security pricing

Professional and Technical

A keen interest in the regional wealth management industry – an aptitude to service the needs of UHNW/HNW clients: mainly Expatriate, Singaporean, Malaysian, and other client groups is essential.

A strong understanding of complex client requirements, acting as the clients’ key interface in direct interactions and communication

Sound knowledge of banking products and services including investment products such as mutual funds, equities, bonds, ETF’s and treasury products. Proficiency with financial tools such as Bloomberg and Microsoft Excel required. Knowledge in VBA and other programming language such as SQL preferred but not necessary.

The incumbent must have strong analytical, written and spoken English skills. Relevant banking &/or finance qualifications will be highly regarded.

Regulatory Requirement

All necessary qualifications as required by the MAS must be acquired within a 6month period from commencement of employment.
