Key Responsibilities

As part of the Global Markets Enterprise & Technology Front Office and Product control practice, the analyst will be responsible for:

• Analysing stakeholder requirements, formulating design and development proposals to enhance the global markets technology efficiency and meets Front office expectations
• Delivering and supporting the Global markets platform (Murex), managing the quality of functional delivery and ensuring the implementation and deployment of the deliverables.
• Perform various levels of testing for assigned deliverables as well as participate in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT)
• Contributing and assist existing support parties in resolving requests or issues with Front Office, P&L, Market Data, and booking issues
• Interacting with stakeholders to develop practical domain roadmaps to move the enterprise towards the future state vision, while taking into account business, technical and delivery constraints

Key Requirements

• BS or higher degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent science oriented track

• knowledge of most common traded financial instruments is a MUST

• Must be detailed-oriented, a quick learner, and a self-starter

• 2+ years’ experience as a Front office / Product control system/business analyst or consultant in a leading trading platform.
• Previous experience with a flagship Trading system (ideally Murex) is an advantage

• previous experience in delivering projects in financial services – preferable Investment banking and Risk
• Solid experience in gathering and writing requirements and functional specifications in a project framework

Position Overview:

• Support cashflow management.

3. Financial Modelling and Decision Support:

• Build financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and scenario analysis.
• Evaluate the financial feasibility and potential return on investment (ROI) of new projects or business ventures.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on financial modelling and analysis.

4. Financial Systems and Process Improvement:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial systems and processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency enhancements.
• Participate in the implementation and testing of financial systems and tools.

5. Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar financial role.
• Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial statement analysis.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis using spreadsheets and financial software (e.g., Excel, financial databases).

About the Role:

• Assist the Building Manager in the daily operations
• Lead a team in the provision and implementation of maintenance services at designated site(s)
• Troubleshoot building services failures
• Supervise, plan and organise a team of on-site Contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance and their work routines
• Ensure efficient and effective maintenance of Client's facilities through routine check and preventive maintenance strategies

The Senior Information Security Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for leading efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. Educational Background:

About The Role

The Airport projects department of Gunnebo Entrance Control requires a Project Engineer to support its expansion in the Airport passenger processing solutions.

The candidate will oversee delivering of Airport projects globally.

They will work closely with Multiple Stakeholders, in ternal and external, in a successful delivery of projects, on time, within budget and with required quality.

The Projects they will be involved with will be in different time zones and local teams from many different cultures. The Project Engineer will also be required to support some large installation worldwide.

This is a 5-month contract role

What will you do?

1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

• Work with stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into technical specification for the development team
• Work with UI/UX designer in providing low-fidelity design prototypes with good grasp of UI/UX principles

Supply Constraint Management:

The Day-to-Day Activities
1. Generate data-driven hypotheses to solve key Product/Business problems
2. Use data to identify trends, spot anomalies and deepdive into their root causes
3. Partner closely with the broader product and engineering team to design and analyze experiments that drive key product decisions, deepdive into existing data to recommend new product ideas to solve for the most impactful customer problems
4. Design and own frontend and backend data specs for new products, while collaborating with engineering teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection, consolidate data from multiple sources to create integrated and scalable views that can be used to drive decision making
5. Provide catered analysis for specific products and operations, define critical business metrics and track them rigorously, and provide regular recommendations to achieve continuous improvements
6. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs/ pain points to scope up their problems and enhance internal processes through automation and improve productivity

Essential Experience / Criteria:
1. 1-2 year of experience in data analytics related roles analyzing large data sets and informing company strategy
2. Strong statistical knowledge, meticulous attitude towards data, and proficient in running experiments
3. Strong data visualization skills. Experience in creating dashboard reporting in Tableau, PowerBI or a similar visualization tool
4. Strong SQL skills and experience in scripting languages such as Python or R
5. Experience in building & maintaining data pipelines to serve data needs of different projects
6. Problem solver: ability to evaluate and design creative solutions for various tasks in a timely manner
7. Effective communicator: able to effectively communicate the analytical findings and convey clear messages

Serves as a compliance risk analyst for Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM)’s Surveillance team responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight for a suite of surveillances designed to detect behaviors that may violate regulatory rules or internal policies and procedures. When potentially anomalous behavior is detected, the team is responsible for escalating the activity and working collaboratively with partners across the first and second lines of defense to determine the appropriate resolution of the matter, which may include employee discipline. .

The ICRM Global Surveillance platform encompasses a number of surveillance related portfolios including trade surveillance, e-communications and voice surveillance, employee trading, outside activities surveillance, and information barrier surveillance.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Reviewing and analyzing surveillance alerts and/or reports relating to firm, employee and client trading activity. Properly documenting the review and disposition of the exceptions as well as escalating matters appropriately.
• Gathering and analyzing trade data to assist in the Firm’s response to inquiries received from governmental and exchange regulatory bodies. Additionally, supporting the compliance group in evaluating surveillance results for potential problems, communicating surveillance findings to management in a clear and concise manner as well as interacting with legal and other compliance personnel.
• Responding to inquiries or requests from internal partners (e.g. ICRM Assurance, Internal Audit, Legal).
• Assisting with the design and implementation of new surveillances as well as the refinement of existing ones. Interacting with IT on the specific design and testing of new surveillances.
• Additional activities including handling telephone hotlines and performing data entry in various systems.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Mandatory Skill-set

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business change initiatives, objectives, requirements, and challenges;

• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states and propose solutions to bridge the gaps;
• Perform risk assessment with project implementation; identify and manage project dependencies;
• Develop and maintain business process models, use cases, and other relevant documentation;
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to stakeholders;
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications;
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support end-users during the implementation and post-implementation phases;
• Maintain regular updates with other (change) business analysts across the region for alignment and updates on the project status, risk and issues;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve business processes, systems, and workflows.
