A Java Technical Lead designs and recommends technical solutions for IT-related issues. The responsibilities of a Java Technical Lead include working with developers to ensure quality deliverables, mentoring junior level staff, and identifying issues that affect product delivery.

We are looking for an experienced Java Technical (Tech) Lead to be responsible for providing solutions for technical issues which may affect product delivery. He or she will facilitate requirement analysis, conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and enhance frameworks. To be successful as a Java Tech Lead, you should demonstrate sound knowledge of industry best practices, good organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency in JAVA technologies. Roles and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities -

1. Participate in end-to-end projects for system implementation, integration, upgrade and support of NetReveal systems.

2. Provide knowledge of the functionality of one or more core NetReveal modules (such as ETL, Builder, Workbench, Visualizer, Live, Scenario Manager, WLM, Services Manager and Application Builder)

3. Participate in the technical workshops during the analysis and design stages of project and collaborate with Architects, Security and Development Lead to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security and control standards

4. Trouble-shoot environmental & technical issues that arise in the course of deploying/configuring software and escalate issues that impacts project schedule on timely basis and propose workarounds/resolutions.

5. Collaborate with Test Management teams to ensure completion of SIT, UAT, performance / load testing and application security testing with quality result

6. Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills and ensure project delivery is within schedule.

7. Effective and Efficient decision making ability – prioritizing, time management, etc

8. Plan technical deliverables, perform design and development works to meet project’s requirements within schedule

10. Manage project change request approval windows and deployment schedule

11. Facilitate and provide technical and testing support before and after production deployment

Requirements:
