Summary : Responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of various project’s information systems. This role includes conducting root cause analysis, supporting bid and proposal development, managing system changes, and performing system programming, configuration, testing and compliance.

1. Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify and resolve system issues. Implement proactive measures to prevent recurrence of issues.
2. Backup and Recovery. Prepare and maintain a backup environment, ensuring automated backup processes are in place. Perform regular server backups, patch Windows and Linux systems, and maintain up-to-date antivirus software.
3. Perform system network setup, server installation, interface configuration with other systems, and hardening of firewall switches.
4. Enhance system security by hardening process, logging activities into SIEM systems, and configuring necessary network ports.
5. Conduct regular backups of servers, patch Windows and Linux systems, and update antivirus software.
6. Patch and Anti-virus Management. Prepare the patching environment and implement a patch server for regular updates. Ensure all systems are patched in a timely manner to protect against security vulnerabilities
7. Establish and maintain system management standards, and assist in the development of bids and proposals.
8. Manage system changes through an established change request process, ensuring thorough documentation and approval.
9. Analyze infrastructure requirements, esign scalable and secure solutions, and align them with organizational goals.
10. Ensure systems pass VAPT by continuously monitoring, identifying, and addressing potential vulnerabilities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering or a similar role
3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
4. Strong communication and collaboration skills
5. Available to provide 24/7 standby support for Level 2 service for project and maintenance works
6. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNP, MCSE) are a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare electrical drawings for control panels
• Sizing of cables, CB, and other components for control panels
• Instructing technicians on assembling control panels
• Supervising and instructing technicians during offsite maintenance or repairs of control panels
• Able to troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in control systems
• Program and configure VFD, temperature controller, and other devices
• Managing and organizing the equipment and inventory

Job Requirements:

• Conduct tooling Contract review, mold design review, mold trial review, project review meetings
• Liaise with Designers, manufacturing Engineers, Planners on the progress of tool fabrication to achieve 100% on-time delivery
• Provide timely updates and Gantt charts to BD group
• Attend mold testing and perform molding process optimization to achieve part consistency quality
• Study FA report for dimensional rectification according product form fit functions as required by the customer
• Lead team in problem solving – identification of problems and analysis of the root cause
• Liaise with suppliers for mold outsourching on all tooling related issues
• Provide BD with technical support and customers with tooling feasibilities; Prepare quotation for engineering change requests

Requirements:

• Diploma / NITEC in Precision Machining, Tooling Technology or relevant
• Experience in project management and tooling technical incline
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal relation skills
• Able to evaluate, diagnose and troubleshoot problems
• A team player with ability to work under minimum supervision
