ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

In anticipation of future bids and projects in Defence and Public Security sectors, Engineering Department requires system engineers who has a track record of building, deploying and maintaining the IT infrastructure in an enterprise environment. The System Engineer is to assist with IT infrastructure solutions according to project requirements and drive transformation for internal/external customers by adopting established platforms. Research Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Participate in the requirements gathering sessions and contribute to the development of the functional/design specifications

2. Design algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems

5. Work closely with on-site Tenant Facility Management (TFM) team to supervise day-to-day cloud operations which include activities such as regular patching and system configuration

Requirements

3. Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services and related cloud services (e.g. Azure DevOps, hands-on experience using Azure Administrative portal). Certification(s) in Microsoft Azure (e.g. MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure or equivalent) and Amazon Web Services will be an advantage.

4. Strong knowledge and experience in software development automation tools
