1. Accelerate New Energies and LNG project development in the BU’s as per Projects way of working in Vopak

• Support the technical work stream of New Energies projects and LNG projects in Identification and Selection phase

Requirements:

• Diploma in Manufacturing/Quality Engineering or equivalents.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry.
• Responsible for controlling Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA).
• Oversight of quality control for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, and 45001, and FDA requirements.
• Understanding IPC requirements in PCB assembly and quality standards for various manufacturing processes such as plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping, and machining parts.

Purpose: Strategic planning and develop cost effective & low risk manufacturing/assembly process steps/planning from raw material to completion including special processes through Product Quality Plan(PQP).

Key Area of Responsibilities:

• Transfer of Project, Technology, System from customer to VDL for New product development.
• Feasibility study for New Assembly.
• Identify the facilities/supplies required for the assembly.
• Define and establish Project Plan for Assembly to meet on time delivery.
• Resolve technical issues in assembly to ensure smooth production.
• Manage technical changes to fulfill customer requirement.
• Implement improvements to processes for cost effectiveness.
• Support and participate in company continuous improvement program.

Qualification & Experiences:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical or Precision Engineering or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 1 years of experience as a process engineer in the Semiconductor industry or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Stigma, Lean Six Stigma certification will be an advantage
• Mechanical and electrical workmanship
• Experience in working in cleanroom will be an advantage

Direct Responsibilities

· Must have 7+ years of technical experience.

· Review designs from Technical Teams/Vendor (where applicable)

· Review solutions from Technical Teams/Vendors (from functional view point that it fulfils the requirements objectively)

· To review SIT cases, analyse defect(s) raised by Test team; Liaise with internal Product Owner and/or vendor on fixes delivery date

· To define UAT cases/plan and be a liaison between project stakeholders and testing team during Testing Phase. Ensure defects reported are tracked, follow-up and closed timely. Establish and maintain close communication with Business and Operation to support day-to-day operation

· Provide support on clarification during SIT/UAT, Regression testing and Rehearsal testing

· To working independently to resolve issues and/or identify solutions and escalate in timely manner.

· To supports and plan for users’ participation in Deployments and Implementation Users Sanity and/or Penny Testing (PVT)

Job Description:

• Supervision for soil investigation (SI) / soil improvement work (SIW), planning and scheduling for SI / SIW
• Preparation of the relevant documents such as Method statement, Daily/Weekly/Monthyly report, RFI, Shop Drawings/As-Build Drawings etc.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

• Willing to work 5.5 days work week and at the project site
• Able to develop and evaluate scheduling of a project, particularly in creating S-Curve
• Has good computer skills, experience and excellent knowledge in operating PC based applications, in particular MS Word, MS Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project & P6
• Able to read and interpret mechanical drawing (P&ID, PEFS, ISO). Has experience in making a mechanical drawing using AUTOCAD or equivalent is preferable
