• Involve in Design, Costing, Proposal of Projects.
• Procurement of Equipment’s, Parts and Fittings etc.

• Perform project execution, site supervision, testing and commissioning, training of systems in projects.
• Assist to Managing Director in project planning and to co-ordinate and oversee all works on the site
• Monitor & co-ordinate the works with supervisors
• Handling of technical and electrical and civil engineering problems and panel termination works
• Testing all Electrical systems in the ship, Relay testing and commissioning
• Conversant with the concepts of core electrical and possess in knowledge of project management with the ability to research, design & develop new concepts to increase operational efficiency and quality standards.
• Liaison with client's representative, relevant authorities and consultants
• Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimise environmental impact associated with the construction activities
• To involve and handle engine components reconditioning, piping & structural, steel work and machining,
• Handle cable laying and termination to various electrical systems
• Testing & commissioning of all electrical systems in on board
• Take reasonable practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at the workplace
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site
• Provide solution to the tasks requested by clients on problem of all Electrical
• Liaise with clients, vendors, contractors and sub-contractors
• Build positive relationship with customers and clients
• Work with internal department for process of project claim, Variable order(if any) etc
• In charge of project hand over to client or maintenance department
• To lead role in managing the sub-contractors for the task.
• To Involve in the thorough review of method statements and risk assessment and technical submissions for structure construction and tunnelling works for Client's approval
• To responsible for the safety, quality, progress and environment impact of the works

Job Requirements :

• Degree in Civil or Electrical engineering . OR Chemical engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction, electrical fields or chemical fields
• Strong project management and leadership skills with proven track records.
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Ready to work under pressurised environment and also more than 12 hrs compulsory to be inside and if needed night shift also able to perform as per project requirements
• Advantage If holding any technical or skills certificate

General Scope :

1. Support in implementation and participate in the continuous improvement effort in the areas of Safety, Quality, Environment and Health Management System (for example SS506 part 3, ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, IATF 16949).
2. To have a legal obligation to act in a responsible manner for the safety of themselves and other persons who may be affected by their actions or omissions at work.
3. Assist the Management in ensuring that Major Accident Hazards are reduced to As Low as Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) and escalate when necessary.
4. Ensure compliance to Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).

Main Duties & Responsibilities :

1. Manage day-to-day maintenance services of electrical and field instruments in the process plant.
2. Lead in the investigation/trouble-shoot of instrument fault or failure and provide effective and viable corrective and preventive action.
3. Analyse and improve equipment reliability of plant to prevent recurrence with production group and contractors.
4. Good knowledge and hand-on experience with DCS and PLC system.
5. Prepare long-term maintenance plan for plant instrument, CV, Motor & Electrical Equip etc.
6. Manage annual shutdown maintenance (Work planning, Management of actual site work, Liaising with contractors and production group).
7. Manage in-house contractors to execute maintenance timely and effectively.
8. Manage inventory control, quality of in-house contractor and vendor work.
9. Responsible to ensure ISO/Mandatory calibration document, instrument files and work order documentation is timely complete with accurate in accordance with SOP
10. Develop, revise and review of SOPs for maintenance/inspection of plant electrical and instrumentation equipment (eg. TI, TT, PI, PT, CV, on/off valve, motor, Switchgear, MCC etc.).
11. Prepare documentation pertaining to procedures, qualities and safety of maintenance work.
12. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with AKSS EHS policies.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation engineering or the equivalent.
2. Min 5 years of experience as an E&I Engineer in chemical plant.
3. Basic understanding of maintenance technology, equipment, instruments, electrical and manufacturing process.
4. Demonstrate ability to manage contractors/vendor independently and effectively.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements:

• Hands on in-depth architectural design, implementation, integration or administration knowledge of one or more of the following: Active Directory, LDAP, SharePoint, SQL, Exchange, PLM, ERP
• Good experience deploying and configuring software Windows Server OS (2016 onwards)
• Experience working with at least one of the following Linux OS: RHEL, CentOS, SUSE
• Familiar with cloud platforms Amazon EC2, MS Azure, GCP
• Familiar with containerization/container orchestration technologies like Docker, K8s, OpenShift
