Fabrica AI is reinventing how robots are developed. Currently novel robots take 5-20 years. Building robots and a design automation platform together brings great synergy - the platform helps us develop robots faster than anyone else and the robots allow us to gather data and do experiments at scale. Data gathering can be done through partnerships with other robotics companies, but doing experiments is crucial for grounding the platform in reality and ensuring its usefulness. The grouting robots are already deploying daily at construction sites and bringing value to clients. We are currently negotiating sales worth around 500k USD. With manufacturing cost multiple times lower than companies using a traditional robotic arm, our robots have an ROI in weeks. Our robot is also small and simple to use, operating from a single button without the need to upload floorplans or do any complex setup. Your internship would revolve around real-world industry deployments taking us from a TRL of 7 to 9. You may be remunerated with a combination of salary and share options.    • Writing object oriented C++ code

Overview:

To lead a team of personnel (Yard and contractors) on the efficient operation of activities carried out onboard vessel (offshore newbuilding, repair, conversion and modification) or workshop and ensure that works are completed within stipulated schedules with skill, efficiency, quality and innovative solutions. Operation activities include practical design, practice procurement, project management, construction, installation, testing and commissioning. • Customer Collaboration: Work with customers to integrate HP Nimble, Dell, NetApp, and Hitachi Storage solutions into their infrastructure.
• Testing & Validation: Prepare test plans and conduct functional checks to validate that storage systems meet customer requirements.

5. Additional Duties

• Advanced Support: Provide second- and third-level support for advanced storage issues, particularly with HP Nimble, Dell, NetApp, and Hitachi solutions.
• Data Center Operations: Assist with data center shutdown activities and recovery operations as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business IT, or related fields.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing Enterprise Backup Solutions and Storage Area Networks (SAN).
• Hands-on experience with:
  • HP Nimble Storage: Administration, troubleshooting, and configuration.
  • Dell Storage: Working with arrays, SAN systems, etc.
  • NetApp Storage: Implementation, management, and troubleshooting.
  • Hitachi Storage: Configuration, administration, and integration.
• Additional experience with:
  • IBM V3700 & V7000
  • EMC Unity/VNX
  • NETAPP Storage (FAS, AFF series)
  • Hitachi VSP, HNAS, and HCP Systems
  • EMC Isilon/NAS Products
  • Cisco/Brocade SAN switches
  • NETBACKUP or Veeam
  • IBM Tape Libraries
• Experience with storage replication, backup configurations, and conducting DR exercises.
• Proficiency in power cycling storage devices and upgrading SAN switches.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve SAN and storage issues efficiently.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Desirable

• Prior experience working in the government sector or within a services business in a high-tech environment.
• Familiarity with SAN protocols, including FC, iSCSI, and FCoE.
• Extensive experience in managing and optimizing Hitachi and NetApp storage systems, including ONTAP and VSP management.
