• Oversee in-house engineering design works of ACMV system, including detailed design, heat load calculation, shop drawings, hydraulic calculation, duct/pipe sizing, equipment selection, etc.
• Manage ACMV design coordination with other trades with BIM coordination.
• Liaise with ACMV suppliers for quotation, responsible for equipment selection, technical and commercial evaluation.
• Responsible for material submittals for ACMV equipment and materials to the Consultant for approval.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.

• Experience of design and coordination skill.
• Familiar to ACMV, Green Mark and fire code requirement with knowledge of basic design and necessary submission for tender bidding and construction, TOP and CSC.
