Job Description

• Operate the power plant according to procedures and requirements including but not limited to starting, loading, unloading and shutting down the complete plant and systems

Sales Engineer

· Coordinate and participate in sales reporting and customer meetings.

· Provide good customer service with technical support and attend to their enquiries.

· Conduct site visits and assessments to meet the clients' needs.

· Seek referrals andcontinue to build customer base.

· Analyse opportunities and make recommendations to customers’ requirements.

· Clearly articulate the value of Helmsion products and services, demonstrate a strong understanding of our product offerings and the competitive landscape.

· Prepare budgetary proposals, Request for Information, Request for Proposals.

· Work with the team to negotiate and close complex deals.

· Strategize with the team to explore the market and maximize profits.

· Prepare analysis reports on sales performance against revenue objectives, sales productivity and ideas to review effectiveness.

Requirements

· Degree in Business/Mechanical Engineering or Technical Education

· Excellent multi-lingual and interpersonal skills

· Excellent time-management with consistent follow-up skills

· Team player who can work independently and possess a ‘go-getter’ attitude

· Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with contacts

· Experience in outdoor industrial equipment sales will be an advantage

· Basic + Allowance - HP & Transport + Commission base on sales target

Welding Engineer is responsible for developing safe and efficient welding processes and procedures for a variety of materials and products. The Welding Engineer must have an in-depth knowledge of welding principles, materials selection, and welding technologies. They must be able to create and implement innovative welding designs, operations, and processes. The Welding Engineer must be able to troubleshoot and solve welding-related problems. They must also be able to provide technical guidance to other engineers, welders, and technicians.

• Prepare WPS/PQR
• Calculate the hours required for the work process
• Design, fabricate and assemble welding components and products
• Analyze blueprints and other technical documents to plan projects
• Select the appropriate welding techniques and methods for the job
• Conduct tests and inspections on welded components
• Collaborate with other engineers and technicians on project design and development
• Maintain and repair welding equipment
• Monitor and document project progress and provide regular updates
• Ensure that projects meet safety and quality requirements
