• Plan and carry out preventive maintenance throughout the hotel to ensure standards are maintained for guest comfort.

• Ensure the cost effective and hygienic removal of rubbish from the hotel areas and monitor to ensure areas are clear and free of offensive odour.
• Be available to carry out emergency maintenance work outside of normal working hours, as required for: full power failure, evacuation fire system re-set and / or failure of mechanical systems.
• Maintain records of repair work and daily checks as required by local Council, Government and Manufacturer specifications.
• Liaise closely with all departments regarding ‘down’ rooms to expedite a quick turn around and return to inventory.
• Ensure the external areas of the hotel are neat and tidy and maintained in line with Company brand standards.
• Research, recommend and liaise with the Executive Assistant Manager regarding procedures to improve the overall efficiency of the department and to carry out project work/prepare reports as requested by the Executive Assistant Manager.
• Support the co-ordination of safety and security/risk management programs via third party providers
• Work with the operational Department Heads team to ensure InterREACT tracking and compliance
• Ensure health, safety and welfare of all ambassadors is provided for through implementation of integrated occupational safety and health program.

Job Overview:

The Applications Engineer (AE) represents technical aspects of business development and project definition. Provide excellent customer service.
Provide IT technical onsite support for end user services problem which includes identification, diagnosis, rectification and escalation.
Support on desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners hardware components.
Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting and reconfiguration of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft applications that are found in the Desktop PCs and Notebook PCs. Examples of such software are Windows 10 OS or any standard desktop OS, MS Office, Internet Explorer, MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express, etc.
Installation of Apple IPad software’s.

Printer Maintenance.
Take on and resolve complex calls or tasks the other engineers could not resolve.

Job Description

• Create new accounts and identify new business opportunities in the equipment rental & sales business;

• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to the management;
• To ensure that the network of current and potential customers is expanded and maintained through weekly external face to face and telephone sales calls;

Responsibilities:

• Conduct tooling Contract review, mold design review, mold trial review, project review meetings
• Liaise with Designers, manufacturing Engineers, Planners on the progress of tool fabrication to achieve 100% on-time delivery
• Provide timely updates and Gantt charts to BD group
• Attend mold testing and perform molding process optimization to achieve part consistency quality
• Study FA report for dimensional rectification according product form fit functions as required by the customer
• Lead team in problem solving – identification of problems and analysis of the root cause
• Liaise with suppliers for mold outsourching on all tooling related issues
• Provide BD with technical support and customers with tooling feasibilities; Prepare quotation for engineering change requests
