Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.

Assign job tasks and work as per electrical project schedules.

Review all electrical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.

Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.

Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.

Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.

Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.

Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedule

1. Project coordination and supervision, ensuring efficient task delegation and team management.

2. Oversight of all site operations, with a focus on safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

3. Rigorous monitoring of project schedules and progress to meet deadlines and deliverables.

4. Attend site meeting and liase with consultants, architects, clients pertaining to site matters.

5. Overall project management and implementation.

Job Descriptions

• Testing and Commissioning of mass scaled loT systems (not limited to LoRaWAN, BLE, SigFox, ZigBee, NBloT, etc)
• Perform hands-on site work to support M&E works
• Testing of loT sensory and electrical equipment on site
• Reporting test results in accordance with the company standards/SOPs
• Coordinate with other technical staffs, both locally and overseas
• Opportunities to work with clients from various industries
• Ad-hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Basic knowledge of electrical installation
• Entry level candidates from ITE are welcome
• On the job training· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Prior experience in testing of electronic device is a plus.
• Proactive problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
