We are currently looking for a QC Validation Engineer to join us on a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities

• Assist in qualifying and validating new equipment or replacing existing equipment.
• Collaborate across multiple functions to coordinate and plan execution activities smoothly.
• Prepare and draft qualification and validation protocols and reports.
• Conduct equipment qualification and validation according to applicable policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring timely completion.
• Implement safety policies through site activities, including pre-planning, reviewing safe work plans, preparing site documentation, and monitoring safe work methods during execution.
• Manage qualification and validation exceptions, deviations, and investigations encountered during acceptance test
• Provide support for other technical changes and additional duties as needed.

Job Scope:

• Manage the product we distribute, overseeing all aspects of product management
• Provide pre-sale and post-sale application and sales support by analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
• Prepare and present application and solution proposals based on customer requirements
• Offer technical and application support, responding to customer queries and issues via telephone or email
• Conduct product training and demonstrations for customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
• Use product application knowledge to showcase how our products can better meet potential customers' needs compared to competing options
• Develop strong relationships with our product's principal and relay customer feedback to them for service and product enhancements
