Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Responsibilities:

• Grow and service existing accounts
• Conduct multiple site visitations to customers at their work place/office
• Attend to sales enquiries and after-sales support matters
• Identify, understand and propose suitable solutions to meet customer’s needs and requirements
• Prepare quotations, product technical specifications and product manual
• Prepare sales report, forecast and other reports required by management
• Conduct technical training for customer
• Attend to site inspections and other site related matters
• Assist to monitor payments from customers
• Any related ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• At least an ITE Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Proven track record of new sales development
• Fast learner, good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Energetic, and self-motivated, high degree of initiative, drive and responsibility
• Preferably possess class 3 driving license and own transport
• Relevant experience in promoting and sales of Pump & Systems and/or Cooling

About the Team

ByteDance Networking brings together innovative ideas and technologies from network architecture, software-defined networking (SDN), network virtualisation, switch software and hardware co-design, and high-speed networking, to create hyperscale data-center networking solutions that power several of the most popular apps of the world such as Douyin and TikTok which serve hundreds of millions of users around the globe.

ByteDance Networking is responsible for designing, building, and operating the global, intelligent network infrastructure to meet the requirements of high availability, scalability, and high-performance. By joining this team, you will gain marketable software development and/or network operation experiences in data center networking on a massive scale.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, operate and optimize ByteDance's global network, including backbone, data center, public cloud and Edge/CDN.

- Work with cross-functional teams including but not limited to compute, storage, database, recommendation system, drive the innovation and evolution of ByteDance network.

- Work with external vendors and ISPs for device and carrier selection, perform testing and verification.

- Travel may be required up to 15% - 30% of the time.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent

- Good understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP, DHCP, BGP, OSPF/IS-IS and MPLS related technologies.

- Good understanding of network monitoring protocols and tools, such as SNMP, Sflow/netflow, Telemetry.

- Familiar with data center network architecture, such as CLOS.

- Hands-on experience of major network devices, such as Cisco, Arista, Juniper, H3C, Huawei and other mainstream vendors.

- Self-motivated, good communication and written skills.

- Team player and participate ByteDance network global on call rotation.

Have a background in process plant construction

Strong experience in piping systems P&ID creation - AutoCAD Skills

Able to update As-Built Drawings

Familiar with the KKS system of tagging

Have a valid Process Plant Safety Pass

Be physically fit, able to climb scaffolding

Have own transport to travel to project site location
