• Minimum 5 years of knowledge and experience in software development especially in areas of DevOps / DevSecOps, release management, and CI/CD tools.
• Proficient in Git, JIRA, Jenkins, SonarQube, Fortify, etc. CI/CD tools and their corresponding workflows.
• Proficient with Java development toolchains.
• Proficient with JavaScript framework especially Angular development toolchains.
• Proficient with Linux especially RHEL computing environment, and use of command line tools including knowledge of shell / Groovy / Python scripting for task automation.
• Familiar with middleware such a JBoss EAP, Apache Web, NGINX, and others.
• Familiar with databases such as Oracle 12c, MySQL 5.6 and above.
• Familiar with enterprise messaging application, such as Solace, IBM MQ.
• Familiar with on-premise and cloud infrastructure such as AWS.
• Familiar with 3-tier architecture, and infrastructure concepts such as load balancing, application traffic routing, etc.

• Act as the first point of contact for all user support related queries regarding the core Applications (L1 and L2 support)

• Participate in the knowledge transfer of the BC team before handling the BAU for new Solutions

• In charge of the inventory of all the Applications used in the company as well as regular check of Active and Inactive Applications

• Responsible for taking internal and external calls from the users regarding Application related incidents or service requests

• Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow up of all incidents/ service request

• Regularly provide statistical reports about support cases and incidents

• Dispatching all incoming tickets for the Service & Support team

• Responsible for assigning, resolving and escalating user request tickets

• Collaborate with other IT Teams on Projects

- Perform production support for new tooling and trials

- Diagnose problems in the production line and provide recommendations and training.

- Supervise, perform and ensure production processes are executed with utmost efficiency and quality according to work instructions

- Work closely with team on new tool developments

- Maintain production machine and equipment maintenance procedures

- Perform tasks as assigned by Production manager

Requirements:
