Job Requirements:
1. Professional Background: Possess a background in computer science or related fields, with over 10 years of experience in technology development and architecture for large and medium-sized internet products.
2. Rapid Learning: Capable of quickly learning and understanding new technologies, adapting to new changes, and having excellent foresight and sensitivity to technology and planning.
3. Team Management: Have at least 5 years of experience managing teams of no less than 30 people, possess cross-department collaboration skills, and have achieved significant results in technology and business.
4. Upward Management: Possess upward management capabilities, a positive attitude, a sense of responsibility, and entrepreneurial thinking, able to solve problems in high-pressure environments.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively convey complex technical concepts and strategies, and implement team training programs.
6. International Perspective: Possess an international perspective, able to work in a multicultural environment, and have cross-cultural communication and collaboration abilities.
