We are seeking candidate for the position of Technical Delivery Manager, who can also support Domain Architect functionality. This role is to engage in various projects for strategizing the solution & perform impact assessments for Financial Technology Systems. This role will be seconded to our Client (Financial Bank).

Key Responsibilities / Requirements:

· Working closely with stakeholders to develop practical domain roadmaps to move the enterprise towards the future state vision, while taking into account business, technical & delivery constraints

· Analyzing stakeholder requirements, current state architecture, and gaps to create a future state architecture vision for one or more parts of the enterprise with a focus on reduced complexity, cost efficiencies, reuse, reduced risk and/or improved business capabilities

· Reviewing application design, problem ticket and incident to propose short term and long term resolution to fit with the domain roadmap

· Guiding and challenge the project on architecture and design decision

· Governing the technical debt of the domain

· Reviewing non-functional requirement and proposed architecture changes to anticipate evolving non-functional requirements

· Developing architecture principles and standards

· Communication the principles, standards, visions and roadmaps to stakeholders and proactively addressing any questions / concerns identified

· Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders in both business and IT to assist in defining and delivering high quality solutions

· Provide thought leadership on architectural or other topics

Technical Skills & Experience:

· At least 10 years or overall experience.

· Worked in technical domain architect role will be huge advantage

· Analytical skills

· Presentation skills – both verbally and Microsoft powerpoint

· Experience in delivering mission critical, enterprise scale IT solutions, both in-house built and 3rd party vendor products

· Familiarity with one or more formal Architecture frameworks / Methodologies (TOGAF, Zachman, BIAN, etc)

· Practical experience in data modelling, object modelling, design patterns and Enterprise Architecture tool or other software modelling tools

· Familiarity with heterogeneous technology platforms such as Unix/Linux, Windows

· Familiarity with best practice methodologies and tools for the entire solution lifecycle from ideation to requirements, design, development, testing, deployment and operations

· ETL tools, Oracle 19c (SQL*Plus, PL/SQL), APIs

Functional Expertise:

· Implementation / Maintenance experience in Finance/Risk/Regulatory systems

· Knowledge on transaction data models, interface patterns and external integrations

· Ability to understand the banking products, familiar with the regulatory requirements and propose the functional enhancements as roadmap for the Bank

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or similar domain

· Related professional/technical qualification will be advantageous

Responsibilities:

Drive teams across company sites for the successful roll-out of new programs to high-volume manufacturing (HVM).
Drive/lead factory/customer technical projects and serve as the point of contact for quality and NPIs.
Act as the first point of contact for technical inquiries, coordinate with the Sales, RnD and Engineering Operation teams to execute customer’s requests.
Work as an integral part of the sales process, seek out new opportunities and provide technical feasibility feedback to the sales and executive management team.
Initiate new package requirements through Design/Simulation process, and follow through to close designs with customer.
Manage all new devices from Design to Qualification to Production Ramp.
Review and evaluate customer's IC product packaging requirements. Provide package solutions within the packaging capability, package roadmap, process flow and design rules of the factories.
Determine project technical specifications, coordinate Qualification builds and closure including production ramp of all Quals built.
Identify and articulate requirements of Qualification lots from customer to factory.
Drive/lead factory/customer technical projects and serve as the point of contact for quality and NPIs Implements change notices; resolves technical issues

Requirements:

Masters or Bachelor Engineering Degree with 7+ years minimum work experience or equivalent in IC assembly related companies or semiconductor environment.
Good knowledge of FOL (front-of-line) and EOL (end-of-line) assembly operations.
Knowledge of DOE, reliability requirements, material selection, FMEA, Failure Analysis and other quality and statistical tools.
Self-driven and has excellent problem-solving and organizational skills for daily customer support and managing ongoing and future programs.
Communicate and present effectively in small and large groups.
Work independently and as a team player with customers and worldwide cross-functional teams within the organization.
Must be proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and knowledge in CRM.
Willing to travel when needed.
Flexible to work within US, Europe and Asia business time zones.
Must be a team player comfortable working with cross-functional teams. across geographic boundaries with experience in leading teams and managing projects.

About you:

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Electronics or equivalent
3-5 years working experience in a related role

Experience in customer service, technical support, and project management

Technical Requirements:

Excellent administration and troubleshooting knowledge of the various Windows operating systems (Active Directory, file sharing, IIS, clustering, GPO, performance monitoring, etc.)
Excellent knowledge of networking principles and IP protocols
Experience with networking equipment configuration and troubleshooting (switches, routers, etc.)
Experience working with a video security system over IP – CCTV system or Access control.
Experience working with SQL databases
Clear understanding of TCP, IP and UDP protocol stack

Role context and purpose

The DMS Support Analyst is accountable for supporting and maintaining the following areas:

On-going support, maintenance and administration of the iManage DMS service for 7000+ users in the firm, in particular the 3000+ fee earners. Provide them with the best service possible to allow them to service the firm’s clients.
On-going support, maintenance and administration of the iManage Document Management System, RAVN search platform and enterprise scanning solution. It currently runs over 700 servers.
On-going support, maintenance and administration of client-side iManage, running on 7000+ laptop/desktop devices, along with MS Office add-in and mobile client for iOS and iPadOS.
Support for cloud/SaaS hosted instances of iManage, currently planned for deployment in China and Australia.
Support for DSAR/eDiscovery requests that require access to the DMS
Support of the RBRO toolset used for matter maintenance (import/export/transport)
Including packaging, configuration, deployment, patching of software
Providing technical expertise for projects where required.
