The role

This role will enable you to be part of a step change in our technology program, at an enterprise level for Beca. Within the team, you will initially be supporting the delivery of an HR and Payroll system implementation, helping deliver one of the technology platforms to enable Beca’s second century of growth. Once delivered you will be part of the team that continues to enhance features, improve business processes and train the system users.

As the bridge between teams, you’ll be connecting with business leaders and technical teams to understand their needs, with the technical and analytical curiosity to probe and understand the ‘so what’.
