Job Description

1. Programme Design and Implementation

• Manage student engagement activities (e.g., Reintegration, Catalyst, After-School).
• Organize meaningful after-school activities.
• Develop holiday programmes to sustain student engagement.

2. Student Supervision and Support

• Supervise students for safety and positive interactions.
• Guide students in building peer relationships and social-emotional skills.
• Monitor participation and coordinate with school staff on non-participation.

3. Mentoring and Guidance

• Mentor students on goal-setting, academic support, and SEL competencies.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop relevant skills and values.

4. Resource Management and Activity Preparation

• Prepare necessary materials for engagement activities.
• Involve students in maintaining the after-school engagement space.

5. Monitoring and Reporting

• Conduct termly evaluations and collect student feedback.
• Provide updates on participation and programme impact.
• Ensure adherence to the school’s code of conduct.

6. Collaboration with School Personnel

• Collaborate with staff for follow-up support and community resource connections.
• Assist with school-wide initiatives for holistic student development.

7. Review and Improvement

• Review the engagement programme at the academic year's end and suggest improvements.

Job Requirement

• Diploma, degree, or relevant certification from recognized local or international institutions or certification boards in: Social Work, Psychology, Education, Youth Work or Related fields
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with youth.

Job Responsibilities:

Job purpose

To monitor and maintain the networks, application softwares and hardware systems in the company; providing technical support to local and overseas staff via remote or in person and proposing cost-saving solutions to meet the needs.

Duties and responsibilities

Providing first-level helpdesk and end-user support.

· Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and handheld scanners.

· Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network infrastructure from end to end – patch panels, UPS, routers, switches, wireless access points, Firewalls, internet connectivity, VPN connectivity etc.

· Administration and management of physical and virtual servers (patching, updating etc.).

· Administration of user accounts (Active Directory, LDAP).

· Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.

Requirements

· Proven 3 – 4 years of hands-on experience working in an end-user IT Support role or computer operations environment.

· Experience in installation, setup, configuration, migration, upgrading and maintenance of servers, PCs, OS, software and other related peripherals.

· Required technical troubleshooting skills for Windows 10, 11.

· Knowledge on Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2021.

· Managing of Action Directory and User email accounts, Symantec Endpoint Protection and Veritas Backup Exec Virtualisation preferably VMware.

· Basic networking protocol (DNS, DHCP, VLAN) with advanced printer / peripheral device troubleshooting.

· Support for handheld smartphones and tablets.

· Monitor and ensures compliance with company’s IT Security policies.

· Patch management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Quotation Management:

· Prepare and issue accurate quotations based on customer requirements and follow up on potential sales.

· Liaise with Site Engineers to understand customer needs and provide necessary support.

· Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and offer technical solutions where appropriate.

Inter-Section/ Departmental Coordination

• Covering for colleagues’ duties when required to ensure smooth workflow and operations across teams, collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Liaise with the Operations and Purchasing teams to ensure timely sourcing of products to meet customer demands.

Purchasing & Product Sourcing

• Support purchasing roles by ensuring that materials and products are sourced in line with customer requirements and job timelines.
• Assist in sourcing and evaluating products and suppliers, negotiating pricing, and ensuring lead time clearly defined.

Administrative & Documentation Tasks

• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information including customer details, sales history, and service records.
• Organize and file documentation records related to quotations, purchase orders, and customer & supplier interactions.
• Handle general customer inquiries through calls, emails and WhatsApp to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide administrative support for sales meetings, product presentations, and other related events.

Customer Satisfaction Monitoring

• Track and monitor customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction, addressing issues where necessary to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Section Team Lead/ Sales Manager or relevant departments for further action.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Section Team Lead or Sales Manager.
• Support purchasing tasks and assist in sourcing alternative products when required.
• Assist in maintaining a well-organized filing system for easy access to documentation and records.

Requirements

• Exposure in Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Experience in sales support or customer service roles is an advantage.

• Conducting inspections and verification of delivered MEP materials
• Ensuring that updated drawings are used by all for construction
• Ensure proper document control in support of Project Manager and Quantity surveyor's submission of contractual claims
• Coordinating with the relevant trades such as Architectural and Structural and to work out the coordination drawing
• Assist in value engineering and proposal for the various submissions

• Supervising the works of Construction Coordinators
• Project handover e.g. maintenance schedule, as built drawings, manuals, catalogue
• Assist in Tender Preparation
• Coordinating the arrangement of the testing and commissioning of M&E systems including the handover of all replacements parts, warranties, operating manuals and maintenance tools and equipment.
• Submission of MEP report to client

Requirement

· Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering (recognized by PEB)

· Min 5 years work experience in construction industry

· Have solid background in MEP (technical competence)

· Knowledgeable in local building regulation

· Knowledgeable in software such as AutoCad and BIM

Responsibilities:

• To provide full time supervision and inspection, monitoring, measuring and controlling Site activities and overall progress to ensure Works carried out by the Contractor
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements.
• Conduct in-progress inspections, identifying and reporting any non-conformities.
• Attend site coordination and quality meetings.
• Witness inspection and testing sessions to ensure adherence to designs and specifications.
• Daily work site inspection for compliance with Workplace Safety and Health, subsidiary legislation and the Company safety procedure.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Resident Technical Officer or in a relevant role.
• Registered and valid RE/RTO accreditation.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
