Role Purpose

• The Data Management Engineer is responsible for managing the handover of project information and documentation to clients, ensuring compliance with agreed procedures.
• This role involves coordinating with various project teams and stakeholders to ensure data quality and adherence to information management requirements.
• The engineer will work closely with the Digital/IT team to set up project databases and tools, contributing to the development of enterprise-level data management systems.
• Additionally, the role includes monitoring data quality, identifying issues, and supporting stakeholders in resolving them.

Key Accountabilities

• General : Manage the Information and Data hand-over to the client of project information and documentation in accordance with the agreed procedures. Monitor all Information and Data interfaces with Client or other third parties to ensure requirements are addressed, and coordinate with adequate stakeholders if necessary.
• Coordination with stakeholders Coordinate/Advise all the project teams (e.g. Engineering, Supply Chain, Completion & Commissioning, and subcontractors) to ensure information and data .

• Platform/Data Management Program and Information and Data Management related tools are under development from scratch in MODEC, hence great collaborator
• Provide necessary input/feedback to Digital/IT team is required (need wholistic and long-term view to contribute to the enterprise level architecture, rather than solely standing on the project requirements view).

A] Operations and Facilities Management

a) Manage the issuance of access cards to the facilities based on the internal bookings in the shared folder.

b) Conduct daily routine checks of all facilities and equipment. These include alarm systems, lightings, aircons & equipment, etc.
