Roles & Responsibilities:

· Responsible for all technical aspects of solution delivery to an enterprise customer from agile development to deployment.

· Owns and maintains the project backlog with input from the team, conducts regular backlog checks with the customer to prioritize and plans for future releases.

· Conduct daily scrums to ensure that the project is on track.

· Works with offshore teams in different time zones.

· Manages daily production support and oversees the resolution of production incidents

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Possesses a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· At least 8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role with ownership of agile development and deployment.

· At least 8 years of experience working directly with engineering teams.

· Have managed the development and deployment of complex software systems for enterprise customers successfully.

· Able to handle challenging situations calmly, build a good rapport, able to win the trust of technical stakeholders.

· Have excellent communication skills and management skills with internal & external teams.

· Hungry for technological knowledge & growth and have a working basic understanding of a wide spectrum of technical topics including cloud services, networking, security, CI/CD, configuration management, SQL, databases, Kubernetes, APIs, and web applications.

about the role

• Familiar with MAS Security regulatory requirements and Bank’s policies and IT security best practices
