As the Technical Writer, you will be reporting to the Head of Product Engineering, and you will get to work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and documentation requirements.

The Job:

• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to gain thorough insights into product and documentation needs.
• Establish and manage the information architecture.
• Develop top-notch documentation meeting relevant standards and audience needs.
• Craft user-friendly UI text, online help, and developer guides.
• Conduct product and integration testing.
• Review and enhance product documentation, including translated content.
• Partner with the marketing team to refresh product brochures.

The Talent:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree coupled with at least 2 years of technical writing and documentation experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in proofreading and copyediting.
• Outstanding written English skills are essential
• Ability to read and write Chinese is beneficial to cover the Mandarin speaking market
