Criteria:

- Min 3 years of experience in Cut & Cover tunnelling or supervision of installation of monitoring instruments, collation of monitoring data and use of software for the presentation of monitoring data for analysis and interpretation.

- Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering

- Possess a valid RTO cert by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS Singapore

Description:

* Conduct inspection on Soil investigation and instrumentation works

* Carry- out supervision and coordination on-site to meet the project schedule

* Conduct inspection in Installation of ERSS works, D-wall, Site Investigation, Shotcrete, Rockbolt, controlled blasting , Soil Instrumentation works.

* Carry out full-time standing supervision of Ground Investigation Works

* Maintain appropriate documentation of site work progress, instrumentation readings, and fieldwork records/logs on a daily basis

* Constantly assess the impact of the ground investigation works on site and liaise with the Contractor to mitigate any risks to dam safety when deemed necessary

* Coordinate with local authorities as and when necessary

* Shift work - Day and/or Night

* Work location - Tuas

RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive & Administrative Support:

• Executive Assistant support to Senior Management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense claims etc…
• Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Organize, plan and coordinate cross-divisional events and meetings
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across divisions to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
• Provide cross-divisional administrative support relating to General Administration, Organizational Changes and Business Continuity

Strategic Planning Support:

• Support the Senior Leadership team in the organization’s strategic planning, transformation and change management initiatives
• Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities and risks that impact the organization’s strategic goals
• Analyse relevant data sets to extract meaningful insights to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies that may impact the organization's strategic direction
• Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders
• Support in driving cross-divisional staff engagement initiatives, to cultivate a strong culture of camaraderie

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
• Min. 3 years of working experience as an Executive Assistant to Senior Management and/or in a Strategic Planning Support role
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Data Analysis tools

• Overall responsible for technical operations of the assigned oil tankers.
• Ensure that the vessels achieve the necessary technical standards and performance.
• Manage the vessels certificates and documents to ensure they are systematically updated and stored.
• Prepare and manage vessels’ technical budget and monitor dry-dockings and other required repairs and maintenance jobs.

Requirements:

• Chief Engineer or Second Engineer (COC Class 1/Class 2)
• At least 2 years of experience as Technical Superintendent for Oil tankers.
