Job Description

• Position Title: Customer Support Officer/ Customer Service Officer (Operations)
• Working Location: Tuas
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Tuesday – Friday (8 am – 6 pm)/ Sat (8 am – 5 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Up to $2,800 + Variable bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls, texts, and emails, ensuring high-quality customer support.
• Conduct first-level investigations into customers' complaints.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments or management when necessary.
• Coordinate with the technicians to schedule and confirm service appointments.

The Job:

• Overall in charge of the technical team in the management of vessels under management
• Manage and monitor the performance of the vessel and crews to ensure compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:

• Relevant Technical degree in the management of Marine vessels.
• Ship Engineer of Class 1 COC with 2-3 years of sailing experience onboard
• Working experience in Ship Management Company will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of I.S.M code, Class, and Regulatory matters.

Principal responsibilities

• Develop mobile applications (Android / iOS) to for payments and FX product and services.

Technical Executive

Working Location: Island wide

Office: Ang Mo Kio

Working days: 5.5 days alternate Sat - 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm (usually only required to work 1-2 Saturdays in a month, depends on operational needs)

Basic: $2800 to $3500 (depends on experience)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist Building Manager in the daily operations.
• Supervise, plan, and organize a team of on-site contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance works.
• Investigate, check, and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
• Supervise upgrading projects, if required
• Carry out regular inspection to the facilities and systems and ensure their functionality and reliability.
• Ensure contractors carry out works in accordance with contract requirements, including evaluation of contractors’ performance and review of contract specifications.
• Follow up with term contractors on defects rectification after servicing work.
