Responsibilities

1. Assist the store manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.

2. Monitor and analyze sales performance , implementing strategies to drive sales and meet targets.

3. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring the store is always clean, organized, and appealing.

4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

1. 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.

2. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

3. Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

4. Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and sales analysis.

5. Able to work in a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software such as (MYOB And SQL).

7. High School diploma or equivalent (Reatil management or a related field is a plus.)

Huntsman Singapore Pte Ltd is now looking for a dynamic individual as a Process Technician.

The ideal candidate will be located in Singapore.

As a Process Technician you will:

• Accountable for the safe operations of the process plant. Specific responsibilities include:
  • To operate the plant process and utilities unit safely and efficiently to manufacture quality products in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures
  • To fill the role of a permit checker for the Safe Work Permit system
  • To carry out plant routine logging in a timely manner and report of any abnormality
  • Promptly respond to DCS alarm and out of control values to maintain safe and reliable operation in the plant
  • Collect process samples and carry out water titration analysis in a timely manner as stipulated in the SOP
  • Carry out routine preventive tasks as per schedule and provide quality work
  • Carry out plant shutdown and start-up activities safely to meet production schedules
  • Carrying out process lines or system preparation to ensure that it is properly clean and LOTO before handing over to maintenance
  • Involve in punch listing and checking activities during plant mechanical completion
  • Response to plant emergency as member of the Emergency Response team

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• Min. Technical education in chemical processing

• Preferably have experience working in petrochemical or refinery industry

• Training will be provided for those without experiences

• Carry out comprehensive repairs (mechanical, electrical, electronic, etc.) and overhauls.
• Conduct detailed troubleshooting and diagnostics, offering relevant advice.
• Guide technicians as needed to ensure peak operational performance, efficiency, and productivity. Accurately list necessary parts in Work Orders.
• Perform routine service maintenance on trucks, meticulously documenting repair times and details.
• Keep the Team Leader informed about repair statuses and needs.
• Follow strict warranty processes, including tagging, returning, and storing parts.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area and responsibly manage tools and equipment.
• Adhere to ethical standards in part replacement and service, ensuring compliance with checklists and work scope.
• Uphold high-quality repair standards as per manufacturer guidelines and lead in promoting health and safety in the workplace.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Automotive Technology, Motor Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in Servicing & Repair heavy trucks.
• Knowledgeable with vehicle electrical circuit diagram.
