Responsibilities:

• Aircraft Maintenance:
  • Perform and certify aircraft maintenance tasks in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Inspect, test, repair, maintain, and service aircraft to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
  • Provide preventive maintenance by examining and inspecting components regularly to prevent potential issues.

You may be asked to participate in the development of use cases and delivery of proof-of-concept prototypes for government and industry partners in the areas of computable contracts and "rules as code". Experience in requirements analysis and agile, iterative methodologies will be useful at this stage.The work of the team will be largely determined by these use cases and customers. We will work with multiple use cases so that we can abstract across them and develop generalized, reusable infrastructure. We will work with specific customers so we can build useful applications on top of that infrastructure.You will contribute to the design and development of open-source software written to serve those use cases. You will work as part of a team of research engineers, developers, and domain expertise and you will be expected to actively participate in team meetings and text-based communications. RESPONSIBILITIES

Work done will be at the direction of the PI, and where relevant, the Industry Director and Centre Director.As the Programme is interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary by nature, you will be expected to convey yourdomain expertise and edify others (and vice versa) in as productive, constructive, and collaborative a manner as possible.

You may be asked to participate in the development of use cases and delivery of proof-of-concept prototypesfor government and industry partners in the areas of computable contracts and "rules as code". Experience inrequirements analysis and agile, iterative methodologies will be useful at this stage.The work of the team will be largely determined by these use cases and customers. We will work with multipleuse cases so that we can abstract across them and develop generalized, reusable infrastructure. We will workwith specific customers so we can build useful applications on top of that infrastructure.You will contribute to the design and development of open-source software written to serve those use cases.You will work as part of a team of research engineers, developers, and domain expertise and you will beexpected to actively participate in team meetings and text-based communications. Conduct daily performance monitoring, analysis, and cloud resource optimization across Azure Sentinel, Citrix VDI, and Commvault backup systems. Investigate alerts using Kusto Query Language (KQL) logs within Azure Monitor Log Analytics workspace to ensure thorough resolution.

- Deploy the Insight application, including components like Genie agents, App Service UI, App Service API, and App Migrator.

- VDI User Onboarding: Facilitate smooth operations by onboarding VDI user accounts and mapping their personal and shared drives.

- Citrix Components & Palo Alto Upgrade: Perform patches on Citrix components and upgrade PAN OS versions to fix security vulnerabilities in Palo Alto firewalls.

- Renew internal and external SSL/RDP certificates to maintain secure communication channels.

- Onboard new Power BI users, manage permissions for reports, and utilize tools to handle report permissions and Row-Level Security (RLS).

- Update and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and audit documents to ensure compliance and streamline processes.

L1 Data Center Engineer

Job Title: L1 Data Center Engineer

Work Location: Downtown Core, Singapore

Job Type: 1 year contract, subject to renewal

About the Role:

The Data Center Engineer will oversee the optimal performance and maintenance of Data Center and ELV operations, including network cabling, IT hardware installation, and environmental monitoring. Your role includes managing Data Center infrastructure, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with service standards and agreements.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Perform facilities management related tasks in relation to the Data Center and/or Extra-Low Voltage (“ELV”) operations, including but not limited to structured network cabling, cable tracing, patching of cable and rack management, infrastructure and Data Center capacity planning.

· Responsible for the design and installation of structured network cabling, cable tracing, patching of cables and rack management in respect of infrastructure cabling used by the surveillance network.

· Responsible for the installation, removal, testing and labeling of all cross-connect cables (for e.g., cat6 cables, coax cables and fiber cables etc.).

· Responsible for the installation, re-location and removal of cabinets, racks, devices and other IT equipment inside the Data Center and ELV rooms.

· Responsible for the installation of IT hardware, including network switches, servers, shelves, intelligent Power Distribution Units (“iPDU”), rails, cable management and other IT equipment in the Data Center and ELV rooms.

· Maintain the cleanliness of the Data Center and ELV rooms.

· Liaise with the Facilities, Security and Surveillance teams to ensure optimal operation of electricity, heating, ventilating, air-conditioning and monitoring environments within the Data Center and ELV rooms.

· Responsible for the configuration and management of Data Center equipment, including IP Kernel based Virtual Machine, iPDU and Data Center Infrastructure Management (“DCIM”) software.

· Maintain and update DCIM software to the latest version.

· Monitor and manage the physical health of the network and server environments.

· Follow established processes used by the Data Center operations (“DCO”) team, participate in regular process review and maintain service standards as defined in the relevant Operational Level Agreements/ Service Level Agreements.

· Respond to priority 1, 2 and 3 incidents following the standard incident response procedures and assist with the resolution of such incidents.

· Manage and handle ticket management and queue monitoring (i.e. incident, service and change requests) for network and systems queues.

· Providing project support, including but not limited to updating timesheets, and updating and maintaining DCO team documentation.

· Any other ancillary tasks or works as and when requested and assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

· Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in providing Data Center support.

· Minimum of 1 years’ experience in providing Windows and Unix support.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Able to communicate messages clearly and concisely.

· Ability to maintain high-quality performance and constantly deliver results in a timely manner.

· Required to undergo Casino Regulatory Authority (CRA) checks.
