Job Description

The successful candidate will join the Information Technology Division, System Technology department and will be responsible for managing Content Delivery Network (CDN), including Cyber Security Health, as well as administering mission critical platforms such as Openshift Container Platform (OCP) and/or Mashery API Gateway.

Contact Centre Platforms team is responsible for the design, solutioning and implementation of IT applications for contact centres located worldwide, operate 24 by 7. The solutions involve several technology stacks – including but not limited to computer telephony integration and routing capabilities, voice & screen recording and various integration technologies with backend systems. Our current contact centre system is running on Genesys Engage on prem with Workspace Edition 8.5/9. There is on-going exercise for a next new generation contact centre platform that is scalable, flexible and nimble to support dynamic business needs, improve customer experience and effectively manage contact centre operations at an optimal cost.

We are looking for candidate who is having strong IT programming skills and with positive working attitude. Job Description:

· Lead I&C engineering teams in multiple projects within the organization with management of local and remote team setups.

· Drive team’s performance to ensure that safety, integrity, financial and contractual requirements are met and also ensure continuous improvement activities are implemented across teams.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with client/contractor/sub-contractors on project related matters to ensure to smooth execution of site work.

The computer vision / image processing engineer is responsible for developing and implementing algorithms and software tools to process and analyse images for various object detection applications from multiple real-time mission-critical image sources, such as electro-optical, thermal imaging sensors and other sensors.

The job scope includes:

• Research various imaging systems and validate them.
• Using optical metrology techniques, calculate and calibrate cameras for outdoor real-time mission-critical applications
• Designing and testing image processing systems and components, such as filters, edge detectors, feature extractors, classifiers, etc
• Optimising the performance and accuracy of image processing algorithms using techniques such as parallel computing, machine learning, deep learning, etc
