ClearSK Healthcare, a renowned chain of medical aesthetic clinics operating in Singapore, Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Kuala Lumpur, is on the hunt for a driven and seasoned Business Centre Telemarketer to become part of our dynamic team.
As a Business Centre Telemarketer at ClearSK, you will play a crucial role in our success by converting customer inquiries into appointments and online sales through phone calls, WA &/or SMS conversations. You will also be responsible for driving our digital marketing efforts across various platforms, including but not limited to Google, Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, and WeChat, to engage potential customers, turning inquiries into appointments or sales. You will be cross-trained to operate or track marketing campaigns or perform operational audit.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email, converting them into appointments and sales.
- Drive direct sales through various channels including calls, emails, SMS/WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Manage social media, Google, and website inquiries, converting them into appointments or direct sales.
- Maintain appointment trackers, balance peak and off-peak appointments, and maximize clinic resources.
- Offer service recovery to complaining customers and escalate complex cases to Reporting Officer.
- Stay updated on customer service protocols, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
- Generate daily reports on leads, appointments, and sales, and monthly reports on appointments and no-shows.
- Manage customer accounts including package conversions and settlements.
- Follow up on customer feedback and escalate to management for resolution.
- Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs through remote access to systems and submit audit reports.
- Self-report on commissionable tasks and compute performance bonus claims.
- Coordinate with HQ on SOP audit & compliance and administrative matters.
- Adhere to remote working security protocols and maintain accurate work attendance records.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E commerce, Business or any related field. Applications from recent graduates are highly encouraged.
- Exceptional communication skills and fluent in both Eng and Chin, able to cater to English-speaking & PRC customers.
- 1 year of experience in telesales and customer service preferably from
service / hospitality / healthcare / retail industry advantage.
- Experience in aesthetics, beauty and skincare sector advantage.
- Comfortable with paperless and IT-guided environment.
- Results oriented and a faster learner who can get up to speed after a short induction training, complemented by structured workplace training.
- A responsible and good team player with passion and ability to learn continuously to achieve professional excellence in aesthetics.
- Able to work on some weekends.
- Professional presentation and excellent customer handling skills
