Mentorship and Support

The Project Executive Intern will work within a buddy system alongside a mentor, a Senior Project Manager. At Trinax, the intern will be equipped with a strong support system to ensure a seamless integration and an extremely purposeful experience, contributing to real-world commercial projects. This mentorship will provide invaluable guidance and support, helping the intern to navigate and excel in their role.

Job Description:

• Support communications activities for upcoming milestone event, including planning and managing stakeholders and vendors.
• Drives volunteer recruitment strategies through multiple channels (social media, video productions etc.)
• Coordinates communications with volunteers to ensure meaningful engagement and solicit feedback to improve workstreams and processes.
• Implements the training roadmap together with Senior Manager (M3 Policy) and AD (M3 Policy & Planning) and work with external stakeholders to provide opportunities for volunteer capability building.
• Organises regular platforms for volunteer recognition and appreciation, and engagement programmes.
• Manages M3@Towns volunteers by working closely with stakeholders to support M3 deliverables and ensure targets are met.

Must be available to work full-time for a period of six months.
