Duties and responsibilities included:

1. Perform month-end closing and ensure timely submission of financial reports.
2. Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules and reconcile general ledger.
3. Prepare weekly cash flow forecast.
4. Liaise with external auditors on annual audit including year IFRS reporting package.
5. Liaise with tax agent on yearly tax submission and draft tax computation.
6. Preparation of GST return
7. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
8. Preparation budget and forecast.
9. Assist Finance Manager to collaborate with the rest of the finance team to ensure that the company’s accounting records are in good order.
10. Handle accounts receivable to ensure timely billings and collection from customers.
11. Assist Assistant Accountant / Finance Manager in other ad-hoc reports.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Detail, analytical, accurate and good with numbers.
• High level of integrity, initiative, drive, commitment and a sense of urgency.
• Mature, diligent and conscientious in meeting deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.

• Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, verifying appropriate approvals and coding.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Purpose

Prepare and submit daily television detailed schedules (Off Prime Time & Prime Time) and to ensure strategic placement of programme trailers/fillers in order to maximise promotional impact.

Responsibilities

• Use creative promotion spot placements to achieve maximum exposure of programmes to target audience.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures/Strategic Plans, and work closely with Playout, On-Air-Promotions, Marketing, Content Standards, Subtitling, Commercials, and Media Exchange Teams to ensure timelines are met.
• Work with Managers on the SOP and all requirements for Live Events and Standby for the Live Events.
• Plan daily Secondary Events (Banners & Channel Bugs), Monitor Sponsorship Loadings.
• Assist and trouble-shoot scheduling/operating issues, with consultation from Managers.
• Able to respond to last minutes changes to schedules and attentive to details.
• Complete full reconciliation of schedules to ensure no discrepancies of information and metadata.
• Run reports to monitor fulfillment of sponsorships.
