• Assist with the authentication of photocopies of student transcripts and certificates.
• Perform any additional tasks as directed by the Academic Dean and Management.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in academic administration or a similar capacity.
• Strong organisational and data management skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in handling data and documentation.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Description:

• Ensure the accurate inputting/posting of accounting transactions on a day-to-day basis
• Prepare accounts schedules and workings for client use and audit purposes
• Prepare deliverables (management accounts / financial statements) for senior associate's review on a timely basis
• Prepare quarterly GST reports on a timely basis
• Review the payment vouchers prepared by Admin Assistants for payment administration services
• Complete any adhoc duty as assigned, example filling survey form or extract historical information as requested by client.
• Assist the senior associate to attend auditor's requests and ensure that the appropriate documents are prepared

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in accountancy / ACCA equivalent / LCCI
• Have at least 2 years of working experience
