Focus

You will be supporting the team in the onboarding and maintenance of funds.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of annual and semi-annual fund reports for the company’s ILP Sub-funds.
• Assist in the onboarding of new fund house partners and collaborating with internal teams (eg. Investment Office, Finance Legal, Compliance) to finalize policy contractual wordings, agreements and ensuring that documents are signed off by relevant parties accordingly as required in a timely manner.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of necessary documents to relevant authorities, as well as internal product committees for fund notification/approvals.
• Coordinate preparation of due diligence requests from fund houses.
• Support product pre-launch and post-launch activities, including marketing collaterals, launch events, operational and regulatory matters.
• Coordinate Fair Dealing due diligence to determine suitable customer segments, appropriate distribution channels and compensation, compulsory/non-compulsory training or tests and name of fund.
• Participates in fund services activities which include fund changes and fund notification.

About the Team

The Internal Security Risk Management & Governance team is responsible for managing and mitigating information security risks posed within the organisation. To ensure that the company's risk management and governance strategies are up to date and aligned across the organisation, this team is responsible for regular industry benchmarking and working with stakeholders from cross-functional teams to perform regular risk assessments and align risk mitigation strategies. This team is also responsible for managing the optimization, operation, training, and data analysis of the internal threat platform and UEBA (User and Entity Behavior Analytics) platform within the company.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain the organization's insider risk security governance framework, including policies, procedures, and standards that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct regular security risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and risks, and work with relevant departments to develop mitigation strategies.

- Provide guidance and support for compliance with data protection laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2).

- Coordinate with IT and business units to ensure insider threat security measures are integrated into technology projects and business processes.

Job duties:

Responsible for Credit Control and Accounts Receivables Collections for Singapore, and Act as Liaison Officer for APAC with Global Accounts Receivables Team

Credit Control

•Administer the creation, distribution and reconciliation of Accounts Receivables invoices

•Maintain client relationship and client standing data in association with settlements

•Receipt and allocate cash from bank statements or clients correspondences on a timely basis and an accurate manner to ensure zero unallocated cash

•Regular liaison with Global Accounts Receivable Team based in UK on global banking clients of Singapore

•To act as liaison between APAC Accounts Receivable Teams and Global Accounts Receivable Team

•Maintain standing data of customers and work with on-boarding team to ensure all customers are in the system

•Reconcile the revenue and invoice upload files from settlement systems to accounting

system and resolve all encountered issues

Collections

•Contact clients via emails and follow-up phone calls for outstanding balances, at least once a month, or more frequent for clients with aged debts

•Follow up with clients promptly via emails and phone calls on queries made with respect to their outstanding trade receivables and invoices, to enable collections of aged debts on time

•Draw up a plan to achieve DSO (Days of Outstanding Sales) Targets set by Regional Management

Reporting

•Prepare Accounts Receivables reconciliation from AR module to GL module

•Prepare daily and weekly collections report and provide commentaries on non-collections as well as number of calls made to customers

•Prepare aged debts reports on a monthly basis to Regional Management, with analysis provided

•Monitor DSO (Days of Outstanding Sales) position on a monthly basis, with analysis provided on Targets shortfall and steps to take to achieve DSO Targets

•Recommend provisions for bad debts/write off to Accountants or Regional Management

•Ensure all invoices have been generated and sent out to customers. Follow up and resolve un-sent invoices

•Prepare manual invoices/credit notes and collate for management’s review and approval before sending out to customers

• Integrate WLCR offerings seamlessly with prevalent and emerging payment methods as well as liquidity management practices such as liquidity sharing.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, legal, implementations, and sales to deliver solutions for Citi clients.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 7 to 10 years of experience with Banks.
• Good understanding of Credit Risk and Liquidity Management Systems within BFSI.
• Level of expertise and demonstrated experience in Product Management and/or Product Development discipline.
• Experience in and understanding of logistics or Industrial verticals experience with e-commerce solutions.
• Ability to make complex judgments and provide solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought comparing and selecting complex alternatives.
• In-depth quantitative or qualitative analysis to solve problems and develop new, innovative solutions.
• Ability to apply ingenuity and creativity to problem analysis and resolution in complicated and/or novel situations.
• Developed diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers.
• Experience with and confidence in delivering presentations to clients and senior managers.

• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree is “Good To Have”
