Acquisition/Divestment:

• Monitoring, identifying and originating new development and/or value-add opportunities in Singapore across the asset classes including residential, commercial, industrial/business parks and mixed-use projects.

• Monitoring and tracking asset performance throughout the redevelopment / AEI

New Businesses:

• Mentoring junior analysts and executives to undertake market research and feasibility studies based on market demand, supply, selling prices, rentals, total development cost, profitability, risk analysis and sensitivity metrics.
• Keeping a close connection with the real estate market through a network of developers, agents and consultants to size up potential new business opportunities for FPS.
• Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities through the formulation of well-thought out and comprehensive business plans to originate new areas of growth for FPS.

Job Responsibilities

Technical superintendent shall report to Fleet Manager and shall have the responsibilities to:

. Prepare vessel’s maintenance plans for assigned vessels

· Monitor of vessel’s maintenance works based on the vessel’s maintenance plan

· Evaluate the maintenance standard on board assigned vessels, including reporting and execution of breakdown/defect maintenance.

Job Requirement

· Candidate must hold bachelor’s or preferably master’s degree in naval architecture.
