You will report to Director, Real Estate Asset Management and supervise a team in managing a cluster of local and possibly regional assets. This will include developing strategies for revenue optimisation, budget preparation and management, ongoing financial stewardship and reporting relating to arrears collection whilst monitoring property management. Job Overview
