Responsibilities:

Assist in preparation and processing of monthly payroll.

• Create Payroll database.
• Pre-Payroll activities including input and update employee details.
• Provide support and be involved with monthly payroll.
• Compiling & checking of daily attendance for the payroll process.
• Work closely with support team for payroll related issues etc.
• Ensure changes are entered correctly and updated on a timely basis.
• Processing of Government Paid Maternity Leave/ Paternity Leave/ Shared Parental Leave/ Childcare Leave claims
• Provide administrative duties as and when required.

Requirements:

· Diploma in any major discipline

· Payroll experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Singapore payroll

· Knowledgeable in Singapore payroll mechanism in terms of compliance and legislation.

· Knowledge in payroll software is an advantage

· Effective engagement with Payroll team members to smoothen out work level processes.

· Understand workflow and process for work efficiency.

· Discipline in time management and instruction listening.

Logistics Assistant

Overview:

• Support daily operation to administer the general storekeeping and warehouse duties by receiving incoming materials and maintaining records for reconciliation.
• Maintain inventory, stock record and perform related work as required;
• Responsible for all warehouse operations activities including shipping and receiving, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing storage of surplus inventory;
• Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders, processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders;
• Report, document and track damage and discrepancies on orders received
• Maintain the warehouse, record area and store area in a neat and orderly manner

On behalf of our client we are looking for IT Payment Solution Architect to work on one on one basis on various tasks.

Role Overview: The IT Payments Solution Architect will design technical solutions for our payment systems, ensuring they integrate smoothly with existing systems and manage data effectively. This role includes creating a roadmap for launching a regional payment platform and sharing best practices in solutions architecture to meet the needs of operations, transaction banking, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive technical solutions for payment programs.
• Create a rollout plan for the regional payment platform.
• Advise on industry best practices for solutions architecture.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of payment systems and industry best practices, particularly in corporate banking.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Experience in:
   • Corporate and Transaction Banking.
   • Payments modernization and implementation of payment hubs and platforms.
2. Familiarity with Payment Types:
   • ISO 20022, SEPA, ACH, GIRO (Low Value Batch Payments).
   • RTGS, RENTAS (High Value Transfers).
   • Cross-border payments like SWIFT.
   • Real-time payments (e.g., UPI, PayNOW, DuitNOW).
3. Experience with Payment Products:
   • Familiarity with platforms such as Oracle Payments, ACI Worldwide, Intellect Payments, FIS, and others listed.
4. Background:
   • Candidates from product companies (like those listed) or consulting firms with experience in payment transformation will be preferred.
   • Experience working with banks that have implemented payment hubs or undergone payment transformations is a plus.
