General responsibilities

Job Responsibilities -

• Stay on top of potential risks, and be adequately aware of the global trade risk exposure, geo-political environment and build internal controls to safeguard our operations and financial stability
• Identify operational, financial & geo-political risks, and evaluate them in terms of their plausibility and repercussions
• Curate risk mitigation and management plans to reduce the likelihood of the occurrence risk
• Creation of internal controls and operational risk policies and procedures to align with best practices and promote a strong risk culture
• Mentor and lead senior management and stakeholders by providing guidance and advice on legal and financial risk management
• Custom-make risk management processes as per the current standing of the company, keeping in mind its future variations
• Develop risk control and management strategies to reduce the financial and legal impact on the business
• Evaluate the current risk management processes and determine their effectiveness in a future scenario
• Liaise with, and guide senior management and the stakeholders about the current and potential risks through reports, documentation and presentations periodically
• Study market trends, and implement the learnings into the risk management processes of the company

Skills / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business administration or a similar discipline
• Prior experience as a risk manager or in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of risk management principles
• Expert-level knowledge of MS Office, and other risk management tools
• Excel VBA, SQL is good to have
• Proficiency in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical skills using tools like FMEA, Monte Carlo simulations, or decision tree analysis.
• Experience in setting up risk monitoring systems and preparing comprehensive reports.
• Knowledge of financial risk analysis models, risk rating techniques, credit risk, sovereign risk.
• Experience in developing continuity plans to manage operational disruptions.
• Managing risk in project environments using methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.

• Lead the kitchen operation team to prepare and deliver quality menu in accordance to concept offering

• Oversee the implementation of processes and guidelines in Kitchen Operations
