Key Responsibilities:
>> Reporting directly to the Group Head Sommelier, you will assist him in managing the back office for the distribution of +500 SKUS and approx. 50,000 units, with thousands of bottles changing hands every month.
>> Maintain the warehouses inventory (Excel), update products portfolio (B2B and B2C) and wine delivery platforms (e-commerce back-end), such as reconciliation and location accuracy (physical stock).
>> Monitor closely the stock level available in duty free and duty paid warehouses for our affiliated restaurants.
>> Coordinate with office and third-party logistics providers (warehouses, freight forwarders, drivers) to ensure smooth inbound/outbound process.
>> Ensure B2B and B2C wine orders are picked and packed accurately and delivered on time, efficiently responding to inquiries and complaints concerning shipments discrepancies, if any.
>> Assist in planning wine shipment on a quarterly basis to avoid running out of stock.
Job Requirements:
>> Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics for e-commerce or 2-3 years similar work experience.
>> Fluent in English. Proficient in Malay/Mandarin/French/Spanish/Italian would be an added advantage.
>> Proficient in Microsoft Office app such as Excel, Outlook, Word.
>> Analytical, data-driven and detail oriented, you must be good with numbers and understand that time and accuracy are crucial to succeed in this role.
>> Physically fit to carry multiple wine cases (up to 20kg each) on ad-hoc basis.
>> Training will be provided.
>> Positive mindset with a can-do attitude.
>> Previous work experience with F&B, wines & spirits would be an added advantage.
