• Depth and breadth of understanding of the E2E Supply Chain, preferably with experience with supply chain operational management in logistics. Key initials project would require good understanding of logistics processes, warehouse management system and automation, and its implication to the success of building a seamless supply chain operation.
• Implement standardized customer-centric logistics IT solutions
• Support designing solutions to complex business problems and gather requirements from relevant partners (direct and indirect stakeholders)
• Supervise configuration and testing of business flows (System Integration Testing/ User Acceptance Tests)
• Analyze and resolve issues that arise throughout the implementation.

Project Management:

• Lead and manage the delivery of assigned scope of the project, end-to-end, ideally through effectively applying the PMI methodology
• Manage the execution and completion of the defined project plan by effectively coordinating people and resources
• Track record in working with high performance teams with effective transition change management, communicating and working effectively across ventures.

Operational Excellence

• Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency
• Review logistics IT enabled processes and systems for areas of improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master-s degree or University Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Computer Science
• 3-5 years of work experience with project implementation in Logistics/Warehousing systems
• Experience in Manhattan WMOS, database and SQL statement, system integration projects and BI tools (IBM Cognos, Tableau)
• Strong computer and digital skills e.g. Microsoft Office 365 products (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint), apps (Power Query, VBA) and services

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking highly motivated and proactive individuals to join our Central Warehouse operations

as Pharmacy Technicians. Successful candidates will work together with a dynamic team of

pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and assistants to ensure accurate and timely distribution of

medications to healthcare institutions and patients.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform inbound stock receipt, checking and repacking

2. Process medication orders/ prescriptions in accordance to set standards

3. Perform quality checks on picked medication orders/ prescriptions and pack for delivery

4. Work with informatics team to ensure smooth implementation of IT and automation systems

5. Manage inventory, including performing stock replenishment, cycle counts and stock take

6. Perform billing procedures for services provided

7. Coordinate deliveries to healthcare institutions or patients, including reconciliation, handover

and issue resolution

8. Assist in general housekeeping and management of pharmacy consumables

9. Assist in the implementation of quality improvement projects

10. Assist in orientating and training new staff assigned to section

11. Assist in managing operations in assigned section if appointed as team leader

12. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned, such as cross functional support etc.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or a Certificate in Pharmacy Technician course

(Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore) or its equivalent

2. Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in healthcare industry

3. Candidates with operations leadership experience may be considered for a senior role

4. Experience in medication delivery processes, pharmacy automation setup or outpatient

pharmacy operations will be advantageous

5. Proactive, highly motivated and resourceful

6. Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a team

7. Good knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Office

The Role

• Perform warehousing and logistics functions such as receiving, putting away of goods, picking, and marshaling
• Perform housekeeping tasks
• Conduct physical counts to ensure the accuracy
• Practice safe work procedures and identify potential hazard
• Handle stocks & equipment with care
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

About You

• Experienced in warehouse and logistics will be an advantage
• Familiar with warehouse management systems, such as Voice-Pick device
• Acquired a forklift license will be an advantage
• Ability to work 5.5/ 6 days per week
