Responsibilities:

• Arrange daily shipment and coordinate with forwarders.
• Arrange and liaise with Freight Forwarders on shipping bookings, follow-up on complete set of shipping documents.
• Pre-advise complete set of Shipping Documentations to internal and external Customers.
• Handle Shipment for all machines model, including crating and fork-lift arrangement and coordination.
• Handle all shipping activities and processing of shipping documents.
• Prepare shipping documents such as shipping invoice, credit note, packing list, delivery order, certificate of origin
• Prepare, packaging and send the spare parts require support for customer
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Relevant working experience in logistics/supply chain is a a plus
• On job training provided
