Leverage on lean principles to increase operational performance and optimise warehouse resources, creating value for internal and external stakeholders
Spearhead continuous improvement projects within the warehouse, from process gap identification to solution design and implementation, as well as operational change management
Support the Operations Manager in the monitoring and analysis of performance data such as KPI and productivity reports, as well as financial data such as billing reports and account P&L
Partner with the Key Account Manager in business development efforts through maintenance of customer satisfaction and solutioning of value creation opportunities
Collaborate with subject matter experts from the Innovation, Automation, and Warehouse Management System (WMS) team to implement new technology or fine-tune existing solutions within the warehouse
Contribute to the Operational Excellence (OpEx) community by sharing knowledge of best practices and new solutions, and participating in technical trainings and focus group workshops
Support the OpEx core team in OpEx-led events and group collaterals
Requirement
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business with a relevant specialization
Awareness and understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement tools
Strong in data crunching and analysis
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (including pivot tables)
Comfortable with presenting and communicating with customers and stakeholders within all levels of the organisation
Good and adaptive team player with strong interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and inventory management.
Communicate with management and contractors regarding cost estimations.
Negotiate project terms to handle all issues effectively.
Develop cost-reduction strategies to enhance the overall project value.
Ensure all purchased items meet specifications and comply with standards.
Handle the full logistics process, including shipping documentation (mainly import; export when necessary).
Manage purchase requisitions, orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
Oversee company vendors, including IT and maintenance/repair/operating contracts.

Strategic Material Management
Develop and execute plans for the timely procurement of hardware, including racks and machine trays, aligning with operational requirements and forecasted volumes.
Daily Logistics Coordination:
Oversee daily logistics activities, such as shipping, receiving, and internal material movements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address logistical challenges and ensure materials are delivered on schedule.
Systematic Tracking and Quality Control:
Work closely with the supervisor to maintain accurate records and systematically track incoming materials within the system.
Implement quality control measures to promptly identify and rectify discrepancies.
Conduct routine ground material checks to verify the accuracy and condition of incoming shipments.
Order Management and Vendor Communication:
Manage and process orders for hardware racks, machine trays, cables, and related materials to meet project timelines.
