• To work with QA/QC department and PMT to ensure Vendor’s carries out the proper packing that meet Client’s requirement.
• To check the submission from the Vendor and get clearance from the Client prior the shipment.
• Obtain more quotations when necessary for major shipment.
• Responsible for the issuance of shipping document (Packing List, Delivery Order, Commercial Invoice, Custom Certificate and Certificate of Origin).
• Coordinate with the warehouse on all crating and packing of materials.
• To teach / provide guidance to storeman.
• Arrange the transportation of purchased materials, conduct receiving activities, including storage of goods.
• Matching of Invoices (Forwarders / Courier).
• To keep records of stock level if there is any.

• Build-up and develop technical competences within ASML (SPC, lean manufacturing, FMEA, operational excellence) to drive and support operational excellence at suppliers.
• Limited travel, depending on assigned supplier base.

Education and experience

• Bachelor or Master degree in engineering, business and supply chain management
  • 5 – 10 years relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Experience with supply chain processes in production environment
  • Experience in improvement projects in supply chain, preferably in High-tech industry

• Assess and secure suppliers’ capacity of materials, manpower, machines, and method to fulfill ASML’s short-term demand and long-term forecast
• Optimize output of the supplier and n-tiers to meet ASML demand and demand changes

• Proactively execute supply chain risk analysis and execute action plans to eliminate risks
