Requirements:

• At least Secondary education.
• Able to work independently.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• 0-2 years logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift license will be an advantage.
• Work At Height certificate will be an advantage.

Position Overview:

As a Transportation Billing Executive, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the billing and invoicing processes related to transportation services provided by the company. You will ensure accurate and timely billing, monitor payment collections, and address any billing-related inquiries or issues from customers or internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate and process accurate invoices for transportation services rendered to customers.

2. Verify billing information, including rates, charges, and other relevant details, to ensure accuracy.

3. Monitor and track customer payments to ensure timely collections and follow up on any overdue accounts.

4. Address customer inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.

5. Collaborate with the finance and accounting team to reconcile billing records and financial transactions.

6. Prepare and maintain billing reports.

7. Assist in the development and implementation of billing policies, procedures, and controls to improve efficiency and accuracy.

8. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to transportation billing and invoicing.

9. Work closely with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to coordinate billing activities and resolve issues effectively.

10. Provide support during audits and compliance reviews related to billing and invoicing processes.
