• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

Specific Responsibilites

• Process of customer’s orders timely and accurately
• Prompt updating and data entry of freight transactions.
• Liaise actively with customers, carriers, hauliers, overseas agents etc for freight handling
• Ensure smooth shipping from vessel sail till ETA at destination.
• Handle Cargo documentation and filing
• Ensure compliance with customer’s requirements
• Ensure that all jobs are monitored, costs, selling figures are accurately & timely updated in system
• Ensure all event data are updated correctly in system, close file with completeness
• Permit declaration

The Regional Ocean Director is responsible for overseeing and managing all ocean freight and logistics operations within a designated geographical region. This leadership role involves developing, implementing, and optimizing ocean freight strategies to ensure the efficient, cost-effective, and timely movement of goods across international waters. The role requires close coordination with internal teams, shipping partners, customs, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless global supply chain operations.
