Responsibilities:

・Visit customers and make telephone appointments.

・Prepare quotations and cost management.

・Billing.

・Negotiate rates with carriers and NVOCCs.

・Provide weekly progress updates on performance and activity outcomes.

・Proposals for import/export schemes with bonded duties and tax reduction/exemption.

・Maintain ISO documents related to the department.

• In charge of marketing logistics, inventory and watch boxes.
• Ensure efficient and timely preparation for 3rd party collection and delivery of stock, marketing items and trade materials to boutiques, retailers and events.
• Coordinate the logistics fieldwork including receiving of general cargo and arrange accordingly to need. Perform stock in and out according to movement.
• Coordinate with forwarder on warehouse storage processes.
• Ordering of relevant materials, arranging with 3rd party for collection and delivery.
• Perform weekly/ monthly stock count and ensure accuracy of inventory.
• To ensure that all shipments on purchases are checked properly and reconciled against shipment invoice.

You will enjoy having these responsibilities:

• IVVQ Manager shall ensure that all the requirements are properly testable – including the testing method – and that full V&V Traceability can be put in place and maintained with the verification test scenarios.
• Prepare the resources used for various test configurations, develop and implement verification procedure, compile the results documents, manage the deviations and record all verification results.
• Responsible for integration, perform factory acceptance test (Based on Singapore Factory) of Telecom sub-systems, communicate with customer, prepare report and submission to customer.
• Deploy, configure and manage the Telecom system IT infrastructure, such as servers, storage and network devices
• Configure software and hardware systems and deploy integration solutions based on Cloud technology.

You have:

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE :

• Working Experience (Industry, specialization, type, min no. of years)
• >3 Years of direct experience in manual/automated testing, configuration and management of IT infrastructure.
• Experience in designing and developing integration solutions using APIs, micro services, and service-oriented architecture is preferred

Technical skills and expertise in several of the following technologies and areas of knowledge would be valuable:
