Requirements:

• Min 8 years in relevant working experience (warehouse/ distribution centr)
• Experience with automation control such as Siemens IPC, PLC etc, and able to provide advisory/ insight in automation solutions

Key responsibilities

1) Defining the pre-requisites and the priorities for the T&C planning.
2) Coordinating the production of the T&C documentation.
3) Managing the interfaces with the different entities

5) Plan and coordinate the site tests
6) Coordinate the necessary means for the realisation of the systems tests, being understood that each entity provides the staff and test tools for their own equipment.
7) Organising the "readiness reviews" prior to the systems tests; follow-up the corrective actions mandatory before the systems tests start.
8) Create and manage action plans corresponding to malfunctioning of the system, aiming to reach the performances targets.
9) Manage the system configuration during the successive tests phases.
10) Participate the T&C Weekly Meeting to review requirements for T&C activities.
11) Produce and issue the T&C 4 Week Look Ahead planning
12) Prepare documentation for test procedures (method statements)
13) Maintain the site always neat and tidy.
14) Able to understand the regulation and requirement of local electrical practice and SMRT/ LTA requirements.
15) Preparation of red markup drawings according to the site condition and approved modification
16) Able to prepare Test Procedure and relevant technical document.
17) Able to learn and pick up cut-in/cut-out of circuits for new systems or reroute cables / systems that required test and commissioning.

Requirements:
1) Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering
2) Able to read the electrical scheme drawings and make necessary correction when required.
3) Previous experience in Testing & Commissioning of large rail infrastructure projects (desired but not Must)
4) Familiar with working in and around live electrified railway systems.
5) Hands on experience in using Test Equipment like Multi meter, Scopemeter, etc.
6) Training will be provided

Responsibilities:

• Seek new customers whose profile matches the strategy defined by Sales team’s direction.
• Develop market share with existing customers to an agreed annual target
• Set appointment and present business proposals to potential customers through various communication channels, including F2F, telephone, email, etc.
• Maintain pipelines, respond to RFI in a timely manner and remain proactive to reply.
• Effectively interacts with other departments including operation, finance, strategy etc
• Study market status including competitors, carriers, manufacturers, shippers etc
• Timely submit sales report to direct manager or higher level when required.
• Liaise with potential customers on quotations, agreements, irregulars.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information
• Maintain quality service through establishing and influence organizational standards

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain
• At least 2 years sales experience in freight forwarding (Air or Ocean Freight) / Logistics
• Strong customer service, effective communication/presentation skills and good business analytical skills.
