Purpose of the role:

Logistics Data Support to manage and administer logistics key milestone to our ERP system. The role is expected to facilitate in the internal process flow of work instructions and identify irregularities. He/She ensures that the records are accurately captured in our system that allows data analysis to be carried out.

Main activities:

- Apprehend the process flow of the business activities

- Clear understanding of the various services provided by the organisation

- Conduct accurate data entry in the ERP system of all required milestones

- Assist in validation of data within department

- Identify and highlight irregularities in the process flow

- Generate regular reports to provide up-to-date situation

- Assist in the preparation of performance review
