JOB FUNCTIONS

• Promote and sell the services of the company to a wide range of customers including Forwarders, Construction, shipyard etc. (This involves travelling to different places throughout Singapore.)
• Attend incoming email and phone call enquires.
• Draft and prepare quotations.
• Conduct sites visits and resolve issues, if necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a Construction, Transportation or Forwarding related business would be an advantage.
• Minimum 3 year of full time working experience in any company.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
• Knowledge of Mandarin dialects is essential to speak to customers.
• Possess a car with valid Singapore license and familiar with Singapore's Roads.
• Need to have own vehicle.
• Self-Motivated and responsible.
• Selected candidate will be guided and given time to learn the ropes as this is a niche yet very interesting industry.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day to day on-site project supervision and ensure assigned jobs are carried out effectively and productively in order to meet customer specifications, requirements and deadline.
• To ensure the safety regulations and requirements are being complied on site
• To organize, co-ordinate, control and lead to ensure that all lifting activities are carried out safely and in-line with the quality requirement within the specified schedule on site
• Manage and direct the department prior to the scheduled non-routine and routine duties
• Identify training needs of his team
• Controlling of budget which includes man hours

Requirements:

· Possess 3-5 years of relevant experience

· Possess Certified Lifting Supervisor Licence or Certificates

· Able to read and interpret general lifting plans

· Advantageous to possess at least a Licence of any crane types

· Must be able to communicate through walkie talkies and hand signals

· Able to work at heights and under outdoor conditions

Duties and responsibilities

· Report to Procurement Manager.

· Assist Purchasing Executive on expediting Purchase Orders.

· Ensure and maintain timely Goods Receipt Documentation.

· Handle all receiving, issuance and dispatch of material/equipment to and from warehouse.

· Maintain a detailed registry and movement of company’s fixed assets, machineries, etc.

· Monitor and initiate a servicing and repair, plus testing and certification schedule/program for company fixed assets, machineries, etc.

· Determine and store excess ex-project materials for future new project usage.

· Maintain an inventory control system.

· Perform housekeeping of warehouse and management of scrap.

· Preparing various weekly and monthly status report.

· Ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

· Minimum GCE N-Level or ITE Certificate.

· Store operation knowledge is essential.

· Knowledgeable in using computer applications like Excel, Word, etc.

· Experience in construction industry-related store environment.

· Willing to work in open warehouse environment, and have positive attitude.

· Working hours: Mon-Fri & Sat Morning at Soon Lee Road off Jurong.

Advantageous

· Help with store work when needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with various departments to promptly resolve customer needs and issues to meet/exceed service deliveries.
• Handling emails and phone calls pertaining to customer’s requests and enquires.
• Processing of customers’ orders.
• Preferably knowledge in types of lorry crane or heavy transport
• Provide real time updates on job progress into Transport Management System.
• Ensure all documents are up to date to faciliate the delivery process.
• Coordinate with customer to ensure smooth delivery.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably knowledge and experience in trucking and transportation environment.
• Team player who is able to communicate and work effectively with other team members

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate Lorry Crane for delivery or lifting within construction sites.
• Comply with road safety, traffic regulations and site safety.
• Ensure vehicle is clean, good and safe condition.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess class 4/5 driving license.
• Must possess WSQ Lorry Loader Cert.

Taining can be provided for those who are inexperienced
