JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Central Warehouse operations as Pharmacy

Assistants. Successful candidates will support Pharmacy Operations in the processing of medication

orders and prescriptions for delivery: including picking, packing and labelling medications under

supervision of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technician Supervisors.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support stock receiving and checking of medications

2. Pick, pack and label medications to fulfil delivery orders

3. Repack medications e.g. unboxing, bundling or pre-packing in required quantities

4. Replenish medications to storage locations

5. Support counting of inventory during stock takes or cycle counts

6. Account for delivery orders and assist to handover to courier

7. Keep work area clean and tidy

8. Order and top-up pharmacy consumables e.g. ziploc bags to facilitate operations

9. Adhere to company or department requirements, procedures and standards

10. Ensure that right medications are delivered to right patients in a safe, timely and quality

manner

11. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned, such as cross functional support etc.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum 3 GCE "O" level credits in English, Mathematics and Science OR NITEC/Diploma

holders in any discipline

2. Candidates possessing Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Pharmacy Support) or

previous relevant healthcare experience will have an advantage

3. Basic computer literacy – able to operate inventory management system or dispensing

system and have working knowledge of MS Office

4. Meticulous and willing to learn

5. Good team-player

1. Working hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat 8.30am to 12.30pm (5.5 Days)

2. Flexibility to work on a rotating shift basis if needed

• Responsible for day to day purchasing operation.

JOB SCOPE

1. collect parcel from warehouse

7. 6 days work week with sunday and public holiday off (option to work available during campaign period)

EXPECTED GROSS INCOME RANGE:

80% of our drivers above $6300/ mth approx $4000+ after all cost

50% of our drivers above $7200/mth approx $5000+ after all cost

20% of our drivers above $8000/mth approx $6000+ after all cost

NES is currently supporting our client to recruit a Logistics Sampler (Pharmacueticals) on a contract position. The purpose of this role is to support and perform warehouse raw material sampling and adhere to compliance, safety and cGMP requirements.

Job Role:

Collect warehouse documentation and GR-Slip and pass them to Qaulity control personnel for release packaging compilation.

Verify sampling area cleanliness & ensure clean up during sampling

Ensure correct usage of PPE

Collect samples & weigh the samples from different types of materials and containers for microbiology testing and chemistry testing.

Perfrom daily sanitazition of the sampling down flow booth prior to any activity

Ensure proper labelling of any sampling containers. Document the sampling information in SDI.

Experience required;

Minimum 3 years working experience in Medical Device, Pharma and cGMP working enviroment.

Knowledge of warehouse managment system

Some knowledge on SAP

Eduction: O level or above.
