• Manage job advertisement postings on the UKG Recruitment module
• Work with management on succession planning

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3-5 years or more experience in an HRBP role with at least 3 years in managerial role
• Prefers incumbent with at least 3-5 years in Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry
• Strong HR Generalist (with payroll experience)
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
• Thorough knowledge of labour legislation
• Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interview coordination, salary negotiation, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
• Previous experience in the freight forwarding industry is highly preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing customers, providing them with information, support, and exceptional service.

Assist in identifying and contacting potential new customers or leads.

Administrative Support:

Organize and maintain sales documentation, contracts, and records.

Prepare and manage sales presentations, proposals, sales quotations, and sales orders.

Follow-up on status of Sales Quotation and Sales Orders.

Prepare and distribute sales-related reports as needed.

Order Processing:

Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.

Coordinate with the warehouse or shipping department to track and manage order fulfillment.

Monitor, update and check sales order backlog against customer request delivery time & quantities

Resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies.

Data Management:

Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and relevant information.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Inventory Management:

Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure product availability.

Coordinate with the procurement or production team to meet customer demands.

Communication:

Maintain effective communication channels between various departments, ensuring seamless coordination.

Communicate changes in pricing, product availability, or promotions to the customers

Other Responsibilities:

- Be open to taking on ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directed by the department head

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

3+ years' experience in sales related role and or customer service

Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operational activities
• Responsible for inventory and distribution management
• In-charge of incoming and outgoing goods within the warehouse
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standard
• Preparation of warehouse and inventory reports
• Develop new service solutions & projects for improvement
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Bachelor or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics or equivalent
• At least 3 - 5 years of warehouse/ inventory operations experience
• Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
